Invitation to tender:
The Tanzania Red Cross Society (TRCS), invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their best bids/pro- posals for Cash Distribution Services in any part of the Country as shall be determined by need and issuance of Local Purchase Orders.
Interested and eligible firms can obtain a complete set/detailed RFQ documents from Tanzania Red Cross Society (TRCS) office during office working hours from Monday 12th February 2024 – Monday 26th February 2024 between 10:00am – 03:00pm local time except during lunch hour.
Bidding is open to ONLY qualified and legally registered Service Providers by Tanzania Government to operate in the country.
Submission of the bids:
The bids are to be submitted in a hard copy in sealed envelopes marked Tender for Cash & Voucher Assistance Distribution Service Provision & to be dropped in the tender box provided at Tanzania Red Cross Society (TRCS) reception not later than Monday 26th February 2024 at 02:00 pm local time addressed to the Secretary General, Attn: Procurement and Logistics department, Tanzania Red Cross Society, Mwai Kibaki Road, Mikocheni P. 0. Box 1133 Dar es Salaam. Tanzania
All submitted bids must be registered at the reception prior to dropping into the tender box, failure to register your bid shall be disqualified.
Note: Successful bidder and unsuccessful bidders shall be notified.

Fee per tender is Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS. 100,000) and it is non-refundable.
Mode of Payment
Pay by using Bank Account number 011103002443, Name of Account: TANZANIA RED CROSS SOCIETY.
Visit any of National Bank of Commerce (NBC) Bank to pay.
You will be required to present the deposit slip to Tanzania Red Cross Society in order to get receipt
which will enable to buy tender document at Procurement and Logistics Unit.
The late payment slip shall not be accepted
