PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES AT NGOME SACCOS
LIMITED FOR THE YEAR 2024
Ngome SACCOS Limited has set aside funds for provision of various services during the financial year 2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the following contracts for which this Invitation for Quotation is issued;
Ngome SACCOS Limited now invites Sealed Bids from reputable companies for provision of the following services;
S/No. Quotation No. Type of Service
i. NG0MESC/2024/Q/G/01 : Supply of Office Stationary and Consumable
ii. NGOMESC/2024/Q/G/06 : Supply and Maintenance of ICT Equipment
iii. NGOMESC/2024/Q/N/07 :Provision of Software and Program Installation Services
Bidders may bid for one or more Quotations but in each case, bidders must quote for all items and quantities specified in each Quotation. Partial bids will not be accepted.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain the Bidding Document at the Office of NGOME SACCOS LIMITED located along New Bagamoyo Road at Mwenge Mlalakuwa opposite SUMAJKT Matrekta Offices, Dar es salaam from 8:30am to 4:00pm, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public Holidays
A complete set of the bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non – refundable fee of TSHS 100,000/= (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).
The method of payment is through TRANSFER or DEPOSIT to NGOME SACCOS LIMITED Account No. 22210003433 operating at NMB Bank
All quotations in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered by hand so as to reach the office of the CHAIRPERSON, NGOME SACCOS LIMITED, P.0 BOX 35923, DAR ES SALAAM before the deadline for the submission of bids.
Deadline for submission will be on Thursday, 29th February, 2024 at 15.00hours. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the offices of NGOME SACCOS Limited located along New Bagamoyo Road at Mwenge Mlalakuwa opposite SUMAJKT Matrekta Offices.
Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.

The only way to address and correct this inequity, at least from a North American perspective (the Chinese have huge problems of their own), is to get people living within their means. We need to become less of a no-down-payment, no-interest, no payments until kingdom come culture to one that pays according to what it can afford, best made in cash or at least nearer to my grandfather’s idea of saving up for something you dearly want and don’t get it until you have earned and saved the money.
